Hashim Naqui was the Project Architect for this project with 2500 cars, 1 1/4 mile long building on Washington Metro's I-395.Project was designed by Kohn Penderson Fox & Salditt Associates was the architect of record. Shockey Precast was the contractor.

Hashim worked on this first high rise building of his career in the US with Larry Lacy Architects under the supervision of senior architects and designers.

5000 SF to 550SF Housing units in fifteen buildings, 864 high rise condominiums. Completed December 2015.
JAFERIA CENTER
NCD International designed all three phases of this two story 22,000 SF community project. First phase was 6,500 SF, built in 1992. The second and third phase were built in the 2000s.

ALEXANDRIA COMMONS SHOPPING CENTER ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA
This 200,000 SF building was originally built for the Hechinger company for With Salditt Associates - Hashim Naqui designed and prepared all the construction drawings under Jamie Gutierrez, Principal. This was done in the late 1980s.
ISLAMIC ASSOCIATION OF RALEIGH COMMUNITY CENTER
40,000 SF Masjid, school and gymnasium. Final phase completed in 2007.

One of the first Projects in which NCD International PLLC (at that time NCD Architects) colloborated with O'Brien/Aktins which lead to a 18 year long relationship.
